Maintenance Program

The Preferred Customer Program includes two professional complete cleanings of your system: checking & calibrating thermostat, replacing or cleaning filters, cleaning & sanitizing evaporator coil, washing out drain pans & drain lines, adding algae tabs, check safety controls, tighten service caps, check fan blade, tighten low voltage, check Freon, check capacitors, plus evaluate the condition of the equipment and general operation.

Along with these two annual maintenance visits, you will also receive a 10% discount on all parts and labor for plumbing and air conditioning service calls. Also included is no overtime charges ever and priority service.
