When You Call
Our office is staffed and ready to take your call during business hours — Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM — and our on-call line covers genuine emergencies nights, weekends, and holidays. When you call (941) 778-0773, we'll ask about your system, your concern, and your availability, then schedule the earliest available appointment that works for you.
Dispatch & Arrival
Air & Energy technicians drive fully-stocked trucks and are dispatched directly to your home. Our technicians wear uniforms, carry ID, and treat your home with care.
The Service Visit
Your technician introduces themselves, asks about the issue, and begins a systematic diagnosis. We explain what we find in plain language before any work begins. For repairs, we provide a written estimate you approve before we proceed.
Pricing & No-Surprise Billing
Before work begins, we explain what we found, how the work will be billed, and what you're authorizing. VIP members receive 10% off all repair work automatically.
Emergency Service
Air & Energy provides emergency AC repair service. VIP members pay no overtime fees, even on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Call (941) 778-0773 for emergency service.
