Who We Are

Air & Energy, Inc. is a family-owned home services company located at 555 6th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205. We provide air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and generator services throughout Manatee County. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our website at airandenergy.biz or contacting us directly.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our website forms, including: your name, phone number, email address, and home address when you schedule a service, request a quote, sign up for our VIP program, or submit a job application. We also collect standard website usage data through analytics tools, including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: schedule and confirm service appointments; follow up on service requests and quotes; send appointment reminders and service updates; contact you about promotions, maintenance reminders, or our VIP program (only if you've opted in); and process job applications. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers and vendors: We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate our business, including messaging service providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery), email service providers (such as Resend for transactional and marketing emails), payment processors, scheduling and dispatch software (such as ServiceTitan), website analytics platforms, and our financing partner Wells Fargo. These vendors are contractually obligated to use information only to perform services for us and to protect it appropriately.

Manufacturers and warranty registration: We may share equipment ownership and contact information with manufacturers (such as Trane and Kohler) to register equipment warranties on your behalf and to coordinate warranty service when needed.

Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others; or to comply with regulatory and licensing obligations.

Business transfers: If Air & Energy is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or financing, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number through a website form, by phone with our team, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Air & Energy related to your service request, account, and our services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, service status updates, maintenance reminders, follow-up communications, and responses to inquiries you submit.

Message frequency varies based on your service needs. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Air & Energy does not charge a fee to send or receive messages.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (941) 778-0773.

Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive SMS messages are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging service providers (such as Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, and with our service team for the purpose of providing the services you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Standard mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently: Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site; Google Ads — to measure the performance of our advertising; Facebook Pixel — to help us reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram; Wells Fargo — if you apply for financing through our website, your information is subject to Wells Fargo's privacy policy. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve your browsing experience and help us understand how you interact with our site. Cookies from Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel may track your activity across sites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some web browsers and browser extensions transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals indicating a user's preference not to be tracked across websites. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

However, we treat properly transmitted GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable under your state's privacy law. If you would like to make a privacy request manually rather than through a browser signal, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

Customer service records (including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, equipment information, and warranty records) are retained for the duration of our customer relationship and for a minimum of seven (7) years after the last service to comply with industry warranty obligations, tax requirements, and Florida business record-keeping laws.

Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out of communications, after which we maintain a suppression record so we don't contact you again.

Website analytics data collected through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and similar tools is retained according to those platforms' default retention settings, typically between 14 months and 26 months.

Job application materials are retained for one (1) year after submission, after which they are deleted unless you've been hired or you've explicitly asked us to keep them on file longer.

You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS (SSL encrypted). However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to: opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly; request access to the personal information we hold about you; request that we delete your personal information from our records; and opt out of interest-based advertising through Google's Ad Settings or Facebook's Ad Preferences. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

State-Specific Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for any visitor who requests them, regardless of whether the underlying law strictly applies to Air & Energy.

Florida Residents: Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request correction or deletion of that information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and opt out of targeted advertising.

California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request a copy of that information, request correction or deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the way the CCPA defines), limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other States: Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) may have similar rights. We honor reasonable requests from any state resident.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and will respond within 45 days, or sooner where required by law. There is no cost to exercise your rights.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
